Noah was born on July 4th in Chattanooga, TN. He was the first born son of Marshall and Everly Proctar. His father was a drama teacher. His mother was a lawyer. Growing up, Noah had an incredible sense of humor. He was the kind of kid that loved to make people laugh. He was creative, intelligent and had a bit of a troublemaker side. He was a smooth talker and could talk his way out of any situation. As he got older, he fell more and more in love with acting. After two more children came around, the family re-located to Nashville, TN. It was there that Noah really started to talk his love for acting to the next level. As a child actor, he started working on commercials, advertisements and even some stage work. It wasn't long before he got his first majoy film role in 1993 in "True Romance".
