all of her life tiffane wanted to be an actress. not only did she love being the center of attention, she also loved creating and imagining. her mother was a drama teacher at the local high school and her father was a dentist. lucky for her, her parents always encouraged her to shoot for the stars and be whatever she wanted. she loved playing in her mother closet, pretending to be someone else in a place far far away. her mother could see the natural talent her daughter had for creativity. she knew that her daughter was something special, that she could really go places. tiffane threw herself into every school play and local production that was available to her. She even convinced her mom to drive her to lose angeles so she could audition for parts. In the beginning her parents worried it would be too much for her. Too much stress, pressure and possibly too much rejection. Tiffane went through at least twenty auditions before she ever got a gig. Through it all, she kept her head up and kept pushing no matter what. She wanted to follow her dreams to the end of the world and wouldn’t let anyone stand in her way.
Her parents made her a deal: she had to finish school before she was allowed to take any major roles. She would stay up late studying and spend her weekends in l.a. with her mom in auditions. Right after her sixteenth birthday tiffane go the break she had been dreaming of. She was offered a role in ‘fifteen & pregnant’. The only issue was that she still had two years of high school left. Her parents could see how bad she wanted this, but refused to let her drop out of school for acting. Tiffane argued for weeks with them about it, pleading for her chance to make something of herself. After much negotiation they decided that she could take the role and be home schooled by her mother. She put a few more roles under her belt before she had successfully gotten her g.e.d. at the age of nineteen she packed up her things and moved to l.a. it was a hard adjustment for her to leave everything she knew behind to start this life, but she knew she could do it. She left her mom, dad and baby sister behind to follow her dreams.
Sometimes she had to pinch herself just to be reminded that this was real. She would go on auditions during the day and work odd jobs at night. She was determined to make this work with as little intervention from her parents as possible. The only down side was being away from her family and friends. She hadn’t expected it to be so hard. She barely had time to sleep let alone go home for a visit. she would call her family almost every day to let them know how she was doing. Her mother reminded her to take things one day at a time, and that she was always welcome back home anytime.
Before long she was gaining momentum and on the fast track to success. Tiffane could not have been happier with the way things were going for her. She was doing something she actually loved with her life. To her, family was still number one. She went home as much as possible to be with her parents and her sister korina. She encouraged her sister, as her parents did, to follow her dreams and be whatever she wanted to be. Of course, she hoped acting would become a family business. She continued her success with ‘adaptation’, ‘mona lisa smile’ and ‘the family stone’. She was becoming a household name overnight and could not have been happier.
in 2007 she met and fell in love with james wardlaw. It was a whirlwind romance that sparked immediately. It wasn’t long before they were married and spending every waking moment together. Tiffane thought that he would be her forever. Things seemed to become bumpy when they started spending more time apart. Tiffane understood that acting was both of their passions and she could never have asked him to ‘slow down’ to be closer to her. And she would never do the same for him. Things continued to crumble as rumors of infidelity began. It broke tiffane’s heart to even imagine him with another person. When she asked, he denied it. But it was still in the back of her mind at all times. Things became more and more distant, spending less time together and even less time talking. The rumors never seemed to stop either. Photos of him having dinner with other woman or strange phone calls at all hours of the night. She couldn’t deny the fact that he was cheating. Her friends encouraged her to leave, told her she was better than that. But she couldn’t. she still loved him. But as time went on she couldn’t take it anymore. She too began sleeping with someone else. It was a fling that never meant anything to her. In the end it only made her feel worse.
Everything came crashing down in 2013 when his infidelity was exposed to the world. Racy pictures and provocative text messages were leaked from one of his mistress’s phone. It destroyed her. It took her weeks to even leave the house. It was everywhere. She knew they only thing she could do would be to throw herself into work. She began training intensely for the next captain America film. She did everything to keep her mind off of him and their destroyed marriage. Still to this day she’s reminded of what happened.
Flash forward to today. Her career is still booming with no signs of stopping. She’s done her best to move on from james and their marriage. Shes’ starting dating here and there but never anything serious. She can’t imagine getting married anytime soon. Right now she’s just focused on continuing to make herself happy. Personality-wise, she’s very outgoing and caring. She is obsessed with being healthy and living a fit life. She’s happily living in los angeles with plans of moving to new York. As much as she loves l.a. she needs a change from it. She’s very playful by nature, and loves playing pranks on her co-stars and having a ton of fun on set. At the end of the day she wants to be happy and find love again, no matter how long it takes.
